17.10.12

WEDNESDAY - 17.10.12

I just decided to change the font of my date title since i thought it looked cooler that way XD

Today marks the first time i've ever stepped into the Maya lab. And i'm proud of it.
You can't really see the lab, but it looks awesome as hell

The Maya lab was like an office where everyone had their own cubicles. Except for some like me, i take up one whole space >:D And each cubicle had like two screens, so you could use Twitter on one screen, while using Maya on the other. But that won't work because at the speed that Graham talks at, if you miss 1 second of what he's saying, you're gone. Anyways, Mr. Kim was our lecturer for our first lesson and yay! So happy to see him again! His smile and his energy just brings me joy! He showed us lots of what Visual Effects is and all that, He showed us how Spider Man (the latest one) was made like through CG and all that. Wow, through his lesson, i realized how much of a lie my life was while i was watching all the 3D movies before coming into DVFX. Shit just got real. People were even made using CG in some scenes which was pretty much a mind blowing kinda thing. But i've got to do this sometime soon in year 3. Shit.

After Mr. Kim's lesson, it was Graham's lesson which was called 'Organic Modelling' OR, MAYA. -Que scary music in- Yep! This is where all the pain starts. It's also the start of the many long sleepless nights that are about to come. Long nights where i might have to camp in. Stay over if the auntie doesn't catches me and all that. But then again, it makes it much more convenient to come to school. Oh wait, i don't have to if i were to camp in the lab XD
Graham's teaching speed was worse off than Mdm Soo's teaching speed when she was teaching me POA back in sec 3. If that was torture, then welcome to Graham's world..
Like i said, if you don't pay attention to what Graham is teaching, you're gone. And then you'll have to keep asking him. So it's best to sleep real early the night before. I'm pretty much doomed aren't i? Yep!

Graham made us do a dice for today's Maya lesson and we had to follow his every step which is pretty exhausting. Don't worry, i know it just gets worse from here. A few of my classmates and i were pretty lost along the way and had to ask him to guide us back. I think i was the only student who asked him for the most help. I really am a slow learner :( He told us to go back and watch the tutorial he showed us today and then we have to make the same dice in 5 minutes next week. ZOMG. And up til' today, i haven't even started on his tutorials yet. It's gonna be hard i tell ya.

Class ended at 6pm sharp and i had to rush down for Voice's Music Box rehearsals. My time slot was at 6:30pm so i didn't had time to eat dinner. Once i got in the Music Box, we had to do If I Ain't Got You immediately. We wasted about 20 minutes because some people weren't there yet. My voice wasn't warmed up at all so i sounded like a total disaster. Not a beautiful disaster, a horrible one. Everyone was just moving so quickly, most of us didn't even had the time to think properly. We, at that point in time, didn't know how to come in and we were pretty messy, so Beatrice had to keep making us repeat the beginning over and over again. After our slot, we went out to practice If I Ain't Got You and only that because Nicole wasn't there today, so the girls couldn't do their alternating solos for Price Tag.

When we had time to ourselves, we all sat at the stairs outside Music Box and practiced a little of If I Ain't Got You. Tension kinda rose when we were there, i don't really knew what happened, but i could feel it.. The tension and pressure of Prelude. Jesmine left early because we were only doing If I Ain't Got You and not Price Tag and she didn't want to interfere.. Which i don't see how she's interfering, but she left early and we just continued jamming If I Ain't Got You.

After the rehearsals in Music Box ended, Shynn, Kellie, Phoebe, KC, Laila and i went up with the rest, but to practice the simple version of Price Tag for Friday's Art's Fiesta performance. Went home after that and i didn't like how i had to wake up the next day for lesson's at 9am. Sleep seemed so short :X

16.10.12

TUESDAY - 16.10.12

Backing to Erwin's class! He's taking our class for 3D Form&Space this semester and i'm already starting to dislike this module. I know that it'll only get worse from here, but hey, i think i've lost all of my drawing skills :( Our first lesson was on Metamorphosis where we had to plan out how we're gonna make a certain object into another object. Let's say, for me, i've decided to ATTEMPT morphing a flower into a propeller which i know will turn out horrible. Some of my other classmates wanted to morph a bird into a plane. I can't really remember what my other classmates wanted their plastercine or clay to morph into, but i know that i'm already struggling with mine. I just hope that i'll be able to sculp out something nice and not fail this module. I literally spent the whole lesson researching about how objects are shaped and what flower i should use to at least match my propeller that i've chosen. The number of petals and all that. Omg.

Class ended at 6pm and i accompanied Firdaus for dinner at Munch and just had a little chat with him. Went home after that and Firdaus later on told me that he was down with a flu. Poor him. As for now, he's still in the process of recovering.. Well, i still wish him the best. :]

15.10.12 - 1st week of semester 2!

MONDAY - 15.10.12

I know i haven't been posting in like ages, well, i've been really busy these past few days.. Or weeks for that matter. Lots of Music Box rehearsals, Voices practices and not forgetting to mention the start of a brand new semester! Exams are around the corner for them O level mates and well, i just started school. Tell me more about it.. This means that i'll have school EVEN in December which is rather sad because everyone's like having their holidays and then i have to tell my friends, "Hey, i have school, whaddup". Well, that's poly life i guess.

Started school with only 2 hours of IJ lesson. It was pretty much a waste of time having 1 hour to travel to school, and before you know it, you have to travel back again. Sucks right. But there was extra Voices practice today, fortunately. This practice were for us, juniors to work on our Prelude pieces. It wasn't that tiring considering the fact that i came at 11 to meet Phoebe first for some Price Tag discussion time and the next for lessons. Which means, i had more sleep time than usual. IJ was pretty interesting actually.. Well, for now that is. Nadia Krista was in my class and so was that Shawn guy, that looked like Johnny Depp for some reason. They were kinda like two famous people in FMS? Well, not really famous, but at least known for something. Tina who was in my previous IS class was also in my IJ class, and i also made friends with this guy from the School of Engineering. I can't really remember what's his name, but i'd have to ask him that again. My memory's failing on me. Anyways, my teacher was called Mr. Young Lung Dax, hmm, weird name huh? But he's really funny and entertaining. I like him :D He made us do some really funny and creative activities which were kinda entertaining. But everyone was still so socially awkward, i wished that Mr. Dax would like do some ice breaking games or something like that, everyone was just so cold! Haha! But well, they all seem friendly.

After lesson, i met up with Cherie to go slack in Ourspace since i had the whole day off until Voices starts. We just camwhored a little here and there, watched some X Factor, and after she left, i had to catch up on the two new Walking Dead episodes that were put up by Pewdie! Two! That's actually a lot since Pewdie's usually busy and all that..

I went for Voices after that. Monday's session was kinda useful, like how Joe thought us new stuff for If I Ain't Got You. New tips and tricks to dress the song up. Kellie, Phoebe and Shynn were the only ones who came today. So this means that we could only do If I Ain't Got You since Phoebe and Shynn were there. Oh! Lim Heem managed to come down today but he had to leave by 8pm. Aww! I like how he's still able to come down despite his internship and all that. Really appreciate that dude! Anyways, Joe had us change the second chorus and some other parts and he made it sound ... Uh ... Unique i guess XD.
I can't really think of anything more to say about Monday. But i hope things really do take a turn for the better for Prelude. Because i still can't see us being ready for Price Tag. Which.. Is kinda sad D:

04.10.12

THURSDAY - 04.10.12

I had Voices today and i met Shynn first before meeting Kellie. Kellie sort of introduced to me a new song, which.. I forgot what the title was. LOL. She gave me the chords and i played it and she sang it and it sounded really really nice. Like i kinda like the song. Damn it! I gotta get the title from Kels again. Laila came in and we discussed the lighting plans with her for Price Tag and If I Ain't Got You. She said she'd come up with her own style along with ours which i thought was quite cool.

We were near full force today again! Haha! The whole of Melovox was here except for Phoebe who couldn't come down today. Oh wow. Jesmine, Amanda, Nicole, Shynn, Kellie and i all came down today and i was pretty happy with that :) But Jesmine and Amanda had to leave in the night again for their own stuffs. So that left Kels, Shynn, Nicole and i to do both of the songs. I think we should really change our group name to something related to the word 'Versatile' because the girls keep changing their roles from backing 1 to 2 and then sometimes 3 for Kels and Phoebs when some of us do not turn up for practices. Sounds cool eh? Versatilex. Lol, just sayin'.

Joe had us in for a few minutes and when i told him our alternate solo arrangements he said it was BOORING. Well, maybe it's just me, but we definitely had to change it. For If I Ain't Got You, Joe had us do the normal swing rhythms for the pre-chorus. We went out again to settle all that WITH, KC doing the bass. His bass is just sick! Like good sick not bad sick. Heh. We rehearsed for a while then when we started to loose concentration, which, we really did, we watched some live versions of If I Ain't Got You and some really stood out, like the way Alicia interpreted it in many different ways.. Amazing. I really liked her Grammy's performance of that song. So much emotions and we also picked up the different styles she uses in all of her performances. Like how she slows down the tempos and do those runs to add in a more dynamic effect and all that.

I came home all shagged again and i sent out a super duper long Facebook message to all my girls about what happened today and what we need to work on. I really hope we can do what Alicia did for her live performances for If I Ain't Got You which really showed a lot of emotions and skill. Well, i hope Joe approves and i hope he can find something for the bass to do while we try to imitate what Alicia does with her backings during the live performances. LOL. I just realized that i kept repeating those two words 'live performances'. Ah well :)

03.10.12

WEDNESDAY - 03.10.12

I shall not give my posts from now onwards a title. Because i'm running out of ideas. Haha.

So as you all know after reading the last post, that i broke the iPhone. Yes. So i met Keith today to get the iPhone repaired. I thought that all you needed to do was to fix the LCD screen which was not the case apparently. I brought the poorly brokened iPhone to a shop and they told me straight up that the phone needs a new LCD screen. Yes, the guy who told me that was pretty fierce and i'm never going back to that shop again. I brought the phone to Keith's house and he tried his best to fix it, but we still failed. We then brought it again to another shop that was near to the end of the row of shops at Bendemeer Mall. I really like that shop because this shop charges only $48 to fix the LCD screen when the rest said it was around $70. Total rip off. I gave the iPhone to the stall owner and Keith and i headed off to our individual A Capella groups.

I met Shynn first and i thought her her alternating solo parts for Price Tag. She learnt it pretty well actually, and pretty fast. Hah. Kellie and Amanda had TCP camp and Amanda couldn't make it since she was dead tired. Jesmine could only make it at night and Phoebe was sick. Kellie manage to come even though she was slightly less tired than Amanda, but still tired. When Joe came, he settled Queen A first, and so we had time to practice in the store room. Kellie was really tired so we let her sleep in a little more before Joe called us in.

Now, he had us change the rhythm for If I Ain't Got You's pre-choruses and we were pretty confused at first but at least Joe gave us time to practice those swings and also, he wanted us to figure out how to make the backings and the bass sound as though we are a piano that Alicia is playing. Oh.. My gosh. If you had ever listen to Alicia play the piano for If I Ain't Got You for the verse, it's just crazy. Like there are jumps at times but then there are those crazy bang bang moments. Haha. That alone got me brains fried. Yes, i just said me brains. Anyways, we went back into the store room and i kinda figured out the simpler way of the piano backings which was really jumpy and that won't fit in the pre-chorus. Ah damn it! I'm just spouting rubbish now. I'd say it was kinda a good thing that Joe didn't call us back to have us show what we did, cause we weren't able to catch the rhythm and all that. Damn you Alicia and your awesomeness >u<

I was dead tired after practice and am still pretty worried about the iPhone. Hope my iPhone's alright. Will be collecting it tomorrow! Hopefully~

02.10.12 - i-freaking-phone!

TUESDAY - 02.10.12

So the other day, Keith said that he wanted to sell his iPhone 3Gs to me at only $50 which was a pretty good deal, in fact, it's kinda a really good deal. Not just pretty, really. There are some people who actually told me that it was a waste of money having an iPhone 3Gs when i could just get an iPhone 4 or a 5.. Well, i'm actually pretty satisfied with getting just an iPhone already. I never had one and it's pretty darn interesting to get one. No point getting an iPhone 5 when the next iPhone could already be ready in line. These iPhone's just come and go like WOOSH! And before you know it, iPhone 6's out.

Anyways, i met Keith at 2 for lunch at Pasta Mania and to also get the iPhone from him. He taught me how to use it and what functions are there and such. Pretty interesting actually. The way how it works and all that. After lunch, i had to meet Wen Bin in school to fix his backing 3 up for Baby Steps so that he'll be presentable on Wednesday. Haha. Met him at around 5pm and we sat outside the clubroom practicing his backing 3 part. Backing 3 for Baby Steps is more of a 'get confused first then you'll get the hang of it' kinda case. Taught him his parts and after the choir's dinner break, yes, there was choir today, i went in the room to see how choir's doing and obviously, how Phoebs was doing. She was sick today :( So she couldn't sing and all that. I really hope she gets better soon :) I went in and out occasionally to help Wen Bin and to also talk to Phoebs and other stuff like Skype with Cherie since she misses choir so badly. Aww!

Came home around 10pm and immediately checked out the iPhone. Guess what.. i broke it. Fudge -.- I KNOW RIGHT?! I cannot emphasize how much i hate myself for that. The reason for breaking it shall be kept a secret. Let's just say, i'm an iPhone virgin, and i hate myself for that. Damn it.

X FACTOR UK TOP 12 RANT

I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE X FACTOR UK TOP 12. I'M A 50-50 FOR IT.

Yes, you've read the title. I'm definitely not happy about X Factor UK's top 12. The top 12 was decided today and i was kinda disappointed that some acts didn't make it through. And some retarded acts -cough- Rylan -cough- made it through. COME ON JUDGES. WHAT. THE. HELL.

I wanna talk about my most liked category to my most hated category.
Most liked? I guess it would probably be the over's. Ironically. Because two of my favourites made it through. And i had only 1 favourite from each of the other categories which is bloody disappointing. Two of my favourites from the over's are Melanie Masson and Carrolyn Poole. I'm really glad Carrolyn made it through this time since she didn't the last season. Her voice is just really seasoned and i really like the richness of her tone. Melanie Masson's voice is just OMG. That power and there's so much control in her high notes, it's just unbelievable. She's a powerhouse mama. Hah! One thing i didn't like about the over's is that CHRISTOPHER MALONEY WASN'T CHOSEN. WHUT?! I mean why the hell would you choose this Kyle Sones guy over Christopher? Gary most probably chose Kyle over Chris mainly because Chris's nerves just eats him up alive. Which i doubt will happy during the live shows. But oh well.. Although Chris is given a second chance to come back (if the public votes for him as the chosen wild card act) i still think Amy really deserves it. Amy Mottram that is. I will talk about her later. Well, i'm fairly ok with Gary's decisions. And his category is ironically the most liked one by me. I don't usually favour the over's, but this time, I HAVE TOO.

I'm torn in between the boy's and the girl's category for the second most liked category. Well, i have to go with the boys. Let's talk about what i like in the boy's category. Jahmene Douglas is GOLD. Yes, i strongly agree with Nicole's decision on putting Jahmene through. I applaud you Nicole for that. James Arthur is just weird. But he has a fantastic voice and if i were to compare him to the top 6 boys, i'd say that he has one of the best voices there besides Jahmene (who is clearly the best). I'm kinda on the fence for James, BUT. Yes, a strong BUT. WHAT THE FREAKIN' HELL IS RYLAN CLARK DOING IN THE TOP 3 GUYS. NICOLE! ARE YOU ON DRUGS OR SOMETHING?! I mean, she was definitely smoking crack and weed when she was choosing the boys. Nathan Gayle SHOULD HAVE made it through. What the hell Nicole.. Or it should be Jake Quickenden.. Meh, i think not. Jake didn't pull off a stunning performance yesterday so i guess it was right that he didn't make it. Before we take a look at Rylan, watch this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clIFaohm1DE&feature=g-user-u

I think the only reason why people dislike the video is because they put 3 of my favourites in one decision and make Nicole choose one. AND THEN SHE PUTS RYLAN THROUGH. No wonder people started hating on her since she eliminated Rachel Crow from season 1's X Factor US. Anyways, back to Rylan. Yes Rylan, that gay guy. He doesn't have the vocals, the judges think he's a performer even though he doesn't looks like one. He pretty much represents what today's music is all about. Just the performance and not the vocals. He has pretty decent vocals but even Jake Quickenden is way better than him. In fact, Jake's performance was so much better than Rylan's one. Bullshit Nicole. Bullshit. Makes me wonder.. does Nicole really want to win this? I guess not. People hate Rylan and she just doesn't know it.

Onto my third category, the girls. Well, the girls aren't really strong now. I love love LOVE Ella Henderson. Tulisa really made the right decision for Ella. Her vocals were strong and she can sing basically ANYTHING. She has so much soul in her voice and i really can't wait to hear her sing during motown week if there even is such a week. She would definitely slay ballad week if there is also even one. Haha. Lucy Spraggan is just ok with me.. Like i know that Lucy has the ability to make any song her own. But she's making the songs her own in a bad way. Not the good way. She sang 'I Will Always Love You' for her judges house's performance and she flunked it. For me that is. She played the guitar and made it so happy. She made it seem as though I Will Always Love You is some old country happy folk song. NOT COOL LUCY! D:< You can never do your own little usual arrangements to this song! Ugh! I was so darn angry when i heard her sing it. She completely butchered the song. I can forsee that in the live shows, she's gonna go with her guitar all the way. Even in ballad week.. Imagine her changing a sad slow song into a happy go lucky song. No Lucy. No. Just like James, i'm also sitting on the fence for Lucy. I can't wait to see how she does on her first live show but then again, i'm not really looking forward to it. Leanne Robinson should have made it through instead of her. But obviously that wouldn't happen, for the ratings. If Lucy gets booted out even before the live shows, i cannot imagine what the public will do to Tulisa. That being said, Jade Ellis..... Jade Ellis making it through is complete bullshit. What. The hell Tulisa.. It should have been Amy Mottram and when she told Amy Mottram that she didn't make it, Tulisa started crying like what the hell. Seriously? It is so scripted. And about the wild card which i will talk about later, i think Tulisa already knew that it was going to happen. Omg, what the hell Tulisa. Jade Ellis... Really? Is that all you've got? Her vocals were so weak even Amy outshined her. I can't freakin' believe Jade got through over Amy.

The groups were and will be the most disappointing category of the year. What the fuck Louie. Time Red and Duke not going through is a crime. Justice is not served. I mean, i couldn't speak when i found out that Union J and GMD3 got through over Time Red and Duke. I wanted to kill someone. Duke.. They are so talented. They are so unique and you don't hear what they do like everyday on the radio. They can beatbox, sing, dubstep and their vocals are bloody strong. I know that they are not teeny weeny bloops like 1D, but haven't we already have enough 1D wannabes? All over the country? GMD3's something like 1D. As long as they make a 12 year old girl's heart skip a beat, they are the new 1D's. What the freak right. All they can do is sing, and OH! Duke also plays the guitar. Now tell me how are they not freaking awesome. TELL ME HOW. Duke is so freaking unique. Time Red is way better. They are like GMD3 + Duke and they aren't teeny bloops but they're still hot as hell. Especially the two brothers from Time Red. LOL. Their harmonies are spot on, their judges house's performance was way better than GMD3. SO HOW THE HELL ARE THEY NOT THROUGH?! GMD3 is just... Ugh. I'm so angry with Louie for putting Union J through also. Union J's exactly GMD3. They just sing with harmonies and their vocals are not strong. At all. Just that they added an extra member in. STUPID OR WHAT. I feel like buying a shot gun and putting the a bullet through Louie's head. He cannot judge the groups. I repeat. He CANNOT. Judge. The. Groups. I like MK1 though. At least Louie made the right decision for MK1 to go through. But the other two spots should go to Time Red and Duke. Not GMD3 and Union J. I kinda like how Time Red is one of the wild card picks, but like i said, the public can only vote for one act out of the 4 acts. And like i said, i would love to have Amy Mottram go through. But then again, i would also love to have Time Red in too. Christopher, i'm so sorry :( Some of you might be wondering, what about the 4th wild card act from the boys? I don't really give a shit about Adam Burridge. And i doubt he'll get chosen.

So my favourites out of the top 12 are Ella Henderson, Carrolyn Poole, Melanie Masson, MK1 and Jahmene Douglas. Only 5 favourites. Sad right? Christopher Maloney should have replaced Kyle Sones, Time Red and Duke should have sailed right through instead of GMD3 and Union J, Leanne Robinson and Amy Mottram should have gotten through instead of Jade Ellis and Lucy Spruggan. Nathan Gayle should definitely replace Rylan Clarke. Such what the hell decisions today. I hope the judges get their karma and realize that the acts that should have gotten through, should have gotten through. LOL. Louie, wake up. The groups are definitely not gonna win this year. Poor thing Louie.. Bleh.

27.09.12 - We are slugs

THURSDAY - 27.09.12

Our future juniors better not learn how to slack their asses off just like us today, in Voices. We literally did not do anything today other than planning out the lightings which took us only 30 minutes or so? We spent the rest of the night in the store room making iPhone voice recording covers and jamming to other songs other than the songs we're suppose to jam to. We did 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'. Wow, that's why i don't like this song.. The name.. Too long la.. Haha. Bohemian Rhapsody and other songs. Today's session was more of a bonding time together rather than a practice time. Although we did manage to practice Price Tag and If I Ain't Got you together. And yes, Jesmine came when we did the two songs. Coincidence at it's finest :) We didn't have any mentoring sessions with Joe today, he focused more on the seniors today than the juniors. I heard the boys got a scolding from him too. Dang Joe.. Dang. We just left while he was still talking to Beatrice, Jia Hui and Kinnon. We were kinda scared that Joe might kill us the next time he sees us, but, ah, i don't think he really cares. Haha.

26.09.12 - Auditions!

WEDNESDAY - 26.09.12

So Amanda came back from France! Was hoping she'd buy some stuff back for us, but noooo... Haha! Just Amanda~ Melovox met early today to discuss some stuff about Price Tag and to change some things about the song. We added in harmonies to the second verse and sorted out the guitar parts too. Yun Tong came around 3:30 and we got to hear her lovely not warmed up voice which was so darn powerful! Like, how can anyone sound so good without warming up? Well, that's Yun Tong for us :P Zakir came next and then Sun Ian and then Jia Hui. So the circle got bigger eventually.

Beatrice told us that we were gonna have auditions later and i, we pretty much got a little bit more nervous than we already are. Those who were auditioning later didn't eat much i guess, like Phoebs, Kellie, Firdaus, the girls and i. Well, i ate quite a lot though haha. Just can't stand eating light dinners or un-proper meals. I then went up with Phoebe to practice our own individual parts. Firdaus came along with us and we all went to the lobby to practice. Time came, and the first half of our proper rehearsals were dedicated to auditions for the lead parts. Joe really made sure that the auditions were like REAL auditions. Meaning that he expected us to treat the auditions as though we were performing. Which.. Many of us didn't. lol. Kellie and i were the first ones to audition and we were pretty nervous i guess. Kellie had to do the whole story and introduction to herself. She said 'My names Kellie and my song is... My story is..' Which pretty much disturbed Joe, because for the rest of the auditions, everyone came in with the 'my name is, my song is, my story is' sentence and Joe kept giving poor Beatrice the 'I thought i asked you to coach them not to do this' face. Yep, poor beatrice :( Well, we did pretty fine i guess. The seniors gave us constructive criticism like how i sounded to tenorish, we were too stiff, we needed to stop making the audience feel as though they're the third party, our blending etc. and the list just went on. Wow. Lots of stuff to work on. Joe also said that i needed to learn how to dance. I mean, what the heck. I think what he meant by 'dance' was to move around the stage like how Usher would. Well, i guess working the stage would be fine.. But i ain't no Usher. Hah! We sat down and enjoyed the others auditioned. I noticed that everyone seemed to stay on the same spot and not work the 'stage'. I guess what Zakir said was right. Awkward~ Haha, but i guess we have to overcome that.

After the auditions were over, we were asked by Joe back into room to do Price Tag. He just randomly asked us to harmonize the guitar part and Jesmine, who was doing the backing 1 to cover up for Amanda, was like whut... I mean, Joe is just so sudden.. and we he didn't even say that last week. Well well well.. -Que Kellie's dramatic music- So we went out to do just that. I guess that Jesmine was the only backing 1 that can blend well with me for the guitar part, because i know that Amanda will never be able to. Not being bad or what la, just saying. Haha. We did just that and somehow we started singing Britney's songs and then Sun Ian joined us. Then Heem Lim joined us for a while. Jesmine started talking about some boy girl relationship problems and how this happened and that happened. Well, everyone was so involved in the conversation except me. Haha, kinda blur about what they just said and all that. We digressed so much that we ended up talking about lots of irrelevant stuff too. Interastingggg! :D We didn't go back into the room for Joe's consultation but i guess we're good to go with a lot more practice :) Just that if Joe doesn't give us more stuff to do haha.

Voices ended and Phoebe, Jesmine and i went to Macs to have our supper. Both of them didn't eat much and we sat with Joe. How nice right.. I mean, it was like DAMN awkward. I don't know why, but it seems as though i have only known Joe this year when in fact, I've known him for like 6 years. Haha.. How awkward right. Yup. Anyways, i cabbed home because i was too lazy and it was already too late. But i still eventually got home. LOL.

OH RIGHT! X Factor Australia! What About Tonight went home and I'M SO SUPER HAPPY. They can't sing and they resemble 1D so much. UGH. Good thing they're out. Just saying :D

24.09.12 - Feels like broadway to me :)

MONDAY - 24.09.12

I was suppose to meet Melovox today, BUT, most of the girls were way too busy. So i decided to just head down to school today and meet the boys. Who, are still called 'Joe's Hoes'. Well.. I met Dominic and Jason first who were there already and then went through their parts for 'Whatdya Want From Me'. Dom really needs to work on his pitching >< But we still had fun singing it though :) Zakir came a little later and so did Firdaus. We then discovered a passage way to the back of music box's stage, which, was pretty cool! I have never been on that stage more than one time. It felt like an actual broadway stage! The stage had two random upright pianos facing each other back to back and so we took the time there to make a fool of ourselves. Hah! We pretended the stage to be the X Factor stage and Dom was super hilarious about the whole X Factor thing! We jammed a few other songs like Bohemian Rhapsody on piano and the acoustics was just amazing!
I think we really got a feel of how it's like performing ON the Music Box's stage. The boys did a little stage plan and then We did 'Whatdya Want From Me' and omg. Although Dom was a little off, we still managed to sound great together :D Hope we sound this amazing during the concert >u< Although.. I'm not in their group..

We left Music Box and had our light dinner together. We said our goodbyes to Jason and Dom and it was just us.. Zakir, Firdaus and i. We then went up to the fourth floor again and used one of the unused lobbies to jam. The same lobby Lenon, Amanda, Kellie and i used to jam at.. Those good times :'). The acoustics there are fantastic by the way.. So we decided to record our harmonies for Whatdya Want From Me using Firdaus's iTouch. We sounded great :) We did a little Isn't She Lovely.. and also some other songs like Every Breath You Take. Or something like that.. Can't really remember the name of the song. We had a great time anyways. Zakir left and Firdaus and i just chatted for a while before i headed home and he headed to NRA.

TADAAAAAAAAAA~!!!!

20.09.12 - Too cheesy!

THURSDAY - 20.09.12

It was a great thing that Kellie came back today, but then again, today's session wasn't so great because Melovox only had Kellie, Phoebe and i. Phoebe came a bit later because she had dance class. Jesmine had dance sport so she couldn't come down today, Nicole and Shynne were sick so yeah, that only left the three of us. Amanda is still in France and when she gets back, she'll definitely have some serious learning to do..

So it's just me and Kellie. We worked a little on If I Ain't Got You with Michelle and Jia Hui for now since Phoebe wasn't there yet. We sounded pretty well i guess. Maybe it's because they were seniors and their blending skills has always been perfect. Haha, well, near perfect. Kellie and i then worked a lot on the concepts and all that for Price Tag. We really wrecked our brains out just to get pleasing ideas for Joe. LOL. Well, we wanted it for ourselves too, but well, Joe is just so damn demanding. Haha. We had our Macbooks out and we were discussing it together with Michelle and Jia Hui. We went in to do a little Price Tag and like what Joe said yesterday, we had to work together with the bass and the beatboxer just that the bass was at choir rehearsals haha! CJ!! So we had You Li do the beatbox. We decided that performing If I Ain't Got You as the duet version will be so much more interesting because we had so many great ideas for the concepts and all if it were to be a duet. So we had Firdaus do the backing 3. We were a little worried that Firdaus wouldn't be able to learn the song in time, but we were obviously proven wrong when he already knew the backing 3 part. SMART MOVE SHAUN! SELF 5! :) <-- retard. We were more or less ready for the duet but Beatrice had to fill in for Michelle who was busy in the clubroom working on the seniors piece. You know, sometimes i really pity the seniors who have to run here and there to help the juniors as well as work on their pieces. It's not wonder why Beatrice told everyone to message her ASAP when the aca message is sent out to everyone on Monday. We worked a little on our songs before having to present it in front of Joe. And every time we perform in front of Joe we get a little too nervous, we sometimes forget what we are suppose to do. We did Price Tag first and when Joe said, can we start from the second verse with the harmonies , WE WERE ALL LIKE D:. Exaclty! Jaw dropping. We totally forgot about the harmonies! Damn it! Kellie was blank obviously because she wasn't in Voices yesterday. So it was only me and Phoebe who kinda knew what Joe said about the harmonies for Price Tag. FCUK!
We freaked out a little and then Joe got kinda pissed and then he cooled down again and just asked us to do it normally, except with more confidence this time. We did ok i guess. We really really need lots of practice for Price Tag especially. You know what's real funny? Joe said we needed to work on If I Ain't Got You yesterday when we mic'd up and now it's Price Tag. Damn it!

We did If I Ain't Got You next and like Joe said again, can we start from the second verse.. We didn't really panick except that everyone was confused about their notes. We sorted it out a little and then when i gave the queue, we officially started. I was kinda nervous about my solo part because all eyes were on me. Especially Heem Lim who had such high expectations for the Usher part. You know, his very diva about it and all.. haha. I tired to work out some cheesiness in there, like try to act as though i was into Kellie which drifted off from the topic we were discussing about earlier.. Alternate Universe. Damn it. That topic for If I Ain't Got You worked out so well when we were talking about it. After our performance, everyone cheered for us and they were so excited about it EXCEPT.. Joe. Yes, Joe said that i was too theatrical and i needed to tone it down, in which i agreed 100% on. Kellie was being too much of herself that Joe wanted her to tone it up. He also said that the backing needed to be more confident and louder which i somewhat agree on, and that was all he had to say about If I Ain't Got You. Does that mean that the duet is already confirmed or what? I need an answer now. Because the duet works great plans out. Anyways, once we were done, i really needed air. The air-con was off and everyone else was sharing oxygen in there so my brains kinda got fried in the process. The seniors performed their chinese song next and it was just.. UGH. I just wanna be like them one day.. Their blending skills and all. Just, simply amazing.

Phoebe, Kellie and i after the practice, agreed that we should meet on Monday and later on Phoebe sent us all a message. I really hope we can find the time to meet up again and just work on our songs like there's no tomorrow. Ah-hah!

19.09.12 - Mic up!

WEDNESDAY - 19.09.12

You know.. Sometimes i feel that my blog should just be a blog dedicated to Voices. Like updates ONLY for Voices. I really need to get a life.. lol.

Updates updates!
I decided to take a cab down to school today.. AGAIN. Just like last thursday, i spent another useless $13 or so because i was just too lazy. Buck up Shaun! You're getting fatter! Yes iam.. And i'm not proud of it. I reached the clubroom and i noticed the mic set up thingy. Like there were mics around the piano and i was like awwww shit. We're gonna have to perform in front of Joe. Well... Shit. Kellie didn't come today so that was kinda sad. She had her family gathering dinner and if she didn't go, she said that she'll most probably die or something haha. Phoebe, Shynn, Nicole and I were the only ones there.. Jesmine came a little later. We didn't really spend much time with Joe. Only that we had to come up with concepts and staging etc. for Price Tag. We practiced Price Tag a little then went into the other room to mic up! But before we mic'd up, we bugged Jia Hui and Michelle to do a little 'Lucky' duet. Omg! They sounded so so so good! :) I was really impressed by their blending skills! Su Ian, Yi Min, Beatrice and Laila also entertained us with their lip synching skills of the contestants from 'The Sing Off'. Omg, Su Ian is just GOLD. She, is just super hilarious! haha! Jesmine came shortly after and we were ready to mic up! Well, Jesmine needed some coaching of her notes before that too.

We mic'd up and to be honest, i couldn't really hear myself. So Beatrice told us to sing a bit louder and way into the mics if we couldn't hear ourselves. We did that and well, we sounded a bit better until we had to mic up in front of Joe. Well done Melovox xD He gave us the head shake thing which could go both ways.. Really good, or really bad. But of course it's Joe.. So that only means one thing.. LOL. Jesmine then told us that we didn't really blend well as she was part of the audience for Price Tag. I was like... Damn it. haha. We did If I Ain't Got You with Nicole as the solo since Kellie wasn't here today. Well, Joe said that Nicole sounded a bit kiddish which was like BUUUURRRNNN. Kinda sad :( and he also said that we needed to work more on our timing and the coordination. Yeap, we really need to work on our coordination especially. The rest of the groups sounded fine especially the seniors. Damn they were good! Like their blending skills and harmonies and all that. Wow.
Today just showed us how much we need to work on, on our blending skills and all that. Really tiring day.. Hope tomorrow's session will turn out just fine :)

16.09.12 - Dad's birthday dinner

SUNDAY - 16.09.12

So my sister suggested we go to this beach restaurant at Pasir Ris Park for my dad's birthday dinner. The restaurant was called 'Beach Culture' and it was just.. Just fantastic. The food, the scenery, everything :)

Yep! We brought Shiki along! :)

 We look badass in blue

We took Shiki out for a walk after dinner!
The playground that we used to play in when we were kids ;')

13.09.12 - Keep working on it..

THURSDAY - 13.09.12

Nothing much had happened today actually. I was frickin' lazy to take a bus and then the mrt and then the bus again to school, so i just took a cab down to school. Reached the clubroom at 4:30pm and we had a little jamming session before starting our practice of 'If I Ain't Got You'. Dominic joined us even though he was in the all boys group. BUT. There was only him in the group at that time, so he had to join us. We really needed work but time wasn't on our sides and we had to have dinner by then. Til 6pm. So we had our usual dinner at Munch again. Damn, i'm getting sick of Munch. haha! I have to try the Sake Sushi just outside FMS sometime soon! Xin Yu and Rowena had already been there and their bill was $32 altogether.. Meaning $16 for each. Hmm.. Gotta save up and try it someday :)

Voices started with Joe looking REALLY weird. Like he had his weird yellowish black glasses on which made him look like a cute goldfish in some way.. HAHA. Joe started with Mercy first which was kinda like a good thing i guess. We had a clearer idea of what we were suppose to sing for just the 8 of us, You Li, Kellie, Phoebe, Nicole, Shynn, Chuan Jing, Me and Su Ian. Joe guided us a little bit and we went out to practice. Yep, we did practice.. But it soon turned into a 'Let's jam some more Disney songs to kill time' kinda thing. And we didn't really had much practice. Also partly because we were getting sick of the song. But, NO. We shouldn't be :) Oh well, we got called back into the room to perform for Joe and we still needed a lot of work to do. The parts were kinda messy and some parts were off. I even forgot the key to my guitar solo part. DAMN. Joe fixed it a little and we sounded just ok. Yup.
We heard the other groups perform. The girls were especially good today! Especially Alyssa. haha! She sounded kinda like Charice at some parts of the song. They did 'Louder' by Charice and Alyssa sounded great, except she had somewhat of a problem hitting the high notes. turns out that the notes weren't high at all after Nicole, Phoebe, Kellie did it. HAHA. Ok la, i feel so bad now >< But she could definitely work on it :3 The guys came in and they were suddenly called to sing their song 'Whatya Want From Me'. HAHA! Joe called them Sec 1 students because Jason and Firdaus had their backpacks on when they were going to perform. Lmao. They did okay i guess. Zakir really needs to work on his high notes, well, he has the potential to be like Adam! :)

That's all for tonight though. Nothing really to talk about.. X FACTOR USA PREMIERE! WOOT!

12.09.12 - Hani's half birthday celebration/YOMAMA

WEDNESDAY - 12.09.12

I really wanted to celebrate Hani's birthday for the whole day but i couldn't, because i had Voices at 4:30pm. So i only joined Keith, Jas, Danial, Cherie and Hani for lunch. BUT. Keith came up with this last minute surprise plan for Hani. He told me to tell Hani that i will not be available for the lunch with her and the rest of them, and the rest of the whole day. Duh. Well, being the naive girl that she is, she obviously believed me and she was really just innocent. Like, the plan worked so well with her. HAHA! Keith had me hold the three little small cakes (each with it's own flavoring) and i had to present her the cake with a surprise. So i just decided to sing the birthday song in the Beyoncé style with Keith. lol. She was genuinely surprise to see me there, she was like "OMG! I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU COULDN'T COME." I LOL'D. Like, really lol'd. She really liked the surprise i guess! :) We all had lunch at the Banquet @ Vivo. After that, i had to head off to Voices, so Cherie accompanied me to the busstop and told me what bus to take and all that.

Reached the clubroom at 3:15pm and omg. I was too early! Like the only people who were there were Beatrice, Yimin, Siew Chen, Laila and De Yun. And it was like damn awkward. Like REALLY awkward haha! I just sat there for a while then when Beatrice and Yimin practiced 'One Day', i decided to join in, because i was just too bored. LOL. I helped with the backing three and it sounded kinda nice? haha! Except for the fact that we keep slipping notes cause we were sight singing. Phoebe and my peeps came in later, well, on time, and we did a little Mercy with MY arrangement, which later did not work well with Joe. Hmm.. Time passed really fast today and before we know it, it was already night. Well, late evening. We practiced Mercy together with Su Ian filling in for Nicole since she was at work. We worked some things out and it was amazing how fast we learnt our parts well. Shynn got the solo for now because, well, HER VOICE JUST SUITS MERCY SO WELL!  She sings it like really well.. She just needs to spam the song everyday and she'll be good to go!

After much learning and rehearsing, the all boys group (In which their group name is deproving. Some Joe Hoe's at first and now it's Hairy Monsters. I gave them Ad Lib District cause it represents them as an R&B group and they changed it to Hairy Monsters. WTF HAHA) went in to rehearse with Joe, so we had the whole of the room beside the clubroom to ourselves! yay! haha. We practiced a little of Mercy for a while before going into the 'Yomama mode' Which basically means that we spent the rest of the time in the room reading off Yomama jokes. Mainly me, because they said i had the ghetto accent which made it so much more funnier. haha! :) We were all laughing out loud and you know.. haha.

We then went back to practice and then attempted once again, to come up with the ideas for staging and all that. That we really need to start work on. But we still failed haha. Anyways, we were called back to the room to perform for Joe and like i said, he didn't like the arrangement i made. He found the synthesizer parts to be too 'choral' and he told Kel and Phoebs to bring it down an octave lower. Personally, i found it very weird, but after he turned the vowels from 'doo' to 'nah', i was ok i guess haha.. Made it sound more fun and likable. He gave us a lot of parts to do which i found it hard to understand. Like how one person had to do three roles or two roles or something like that. Confusing, but i guess we'll get used to it?

We went home looking all confused, like what the shit just happened. Haha.. Oh well.. X FACTOR AUSTRALIA RESULTS TONIGHT! WOOT!

10.09.12 - TEDDY!

MONDAY - 10.09.12

So i was bored today, as usual, and decided to watch 'TED' with Cherie! HAHA! Yay! It's like the movie most people are talking about. And i see Ted on Twitter like, a lot of times already. lol. I initially wanted to watch 'Step Up Revolution', but since Hani and Keith couldn't make it today, i decided not to.

Cherie and i wanted to have lunch at 'The Ship', but we realized that if we were meeting at 1:30 and the show starts at 2:50, we wouldn't have time. Damn it,  you know how long they take to serve the food and all that in 'The Ship'. Anyways, we just settled on Food Junction which was pretty okay, without Keith.. haha, i know how much he hates Food Junction because of the pricing and all. But it's a good thing Cherie doesn't mind eating there!
That's just me :) Taking pictures of my meals outside. And in case you're wondering, yep, that's my lunch :) haha

Bought the tickets and the cinema hall was pretty empty. We got the best sits i suppose.. well, maybe it's because of school and stuff. You know, school just started for the secondary and primary people.. sad right.

Bought the Nacho's combo for the movie! Nachos.. Ah.. I'm in heaven.. (^.^)
'TED' was a pretty good movie, although the plot was like most of the typical plots you see in typical comedy movies.. The bad guys, the good guys, the cheating.. Yeah.. Typical plots..
But what i really loved about the movie was how each scene was so unexpectedly written.. Like how you think this things gonna happen after this scene, but noooooo, the directors have a different way of thinking and a different way of twisting each scene so it makes it more interesting. Wow. Just. Wow. I like Ted too.. His so cute x3 haha!

After watching the movie, we went to the Lan that is just next to Shaw Theaters. DAMN IT! I wanted to play L4D but there wasn't Steam anymore. Like, there used to be Steam on the com there in the Lan.. But now it's all just the weird games that i don't even know about, or play.. Like, NEX LAN, Y U NO MORE STEAM HUH?!
Kinda pissed by that, so all i could play was AuditionSea. Haha. With Cherie that is.. Lame right.. Got bored after a while and left the Lan with like 20 minutes left or so..

What a great day i must say, a day well spent :) Although i spent $30 in total. Damn.. Hope to watch 'Step Up Revolution' as my next movie! GRRR

07.09.12 - Shecret!

FRIDAY - 07.09.12

I suppose i'm not suppose to tell anyone about what happened this afternoon just incase she reads it o.o We just went shopping. Don't need to know who are the 'we'. But you'll know soon :)

After some intense shopping at Bugis, Cherie had to leave for Voices which started at 4:30 but we left at 5:30. How cute right? So i decided to accompany her to choir since i had nothing to do in the night. X Factor USA hasn't started yet.. haha.

Choir was great as usual.. After we came out from the lift and headed towards the room, Jia Qian came out and greeted me with some appagios. HAHA! That's how we roll~
We went in and they were doing the Beauty And The Beast dance moves which i found hilarious to watch. Jia Qian and i were laughing at the back for some reason. I know i shouldn't.. But still.. HAHA. They had sectionals and as usual, i just joined in. Jia Bao kinda 'embarrassed' me a little when he told Zack to kinda scoot off i guess? Not say scoot off but just asked him to move away so that i could take over the piano and play it for them. The accompaniment i mean. I feel like really bad because Jia Bao mentioned that i was grade 8 and all that. You know.. That feeling when someone is scooted off because another person says you're better than him? garh.. Poor Zack.. He can also play the piano what! lol. I feel so bad now. oh well.. I couldn't really play the accompaniment that fast too.

That's pretty much about it.. Choir was only until 8:30pm and then Cherie and i went to Mac for our dinner. hehe! Oh ya, we also saw this really weird group of people who were dressed up as greek people, like you know those greek soldiers and some of them were fairy's.. ok..

06.09.12 - Werk it gurl!

THURSDAY - 06.09.12

Beatrice messaged us that we were having a photoshoot today. A Voice's A Capella photoshoot. Kinda interesting, and since i was meeting Phoebs at 1, why not?

Phoebs had the Red Camp SL interview today, so she decided to meet me at Munch like way earlier.. I showed her the arrangements i did yesterday.. 4 arrangements to be honest. and it was a relieved that she liked the one that i liked the most too. So we had lunch after that and we just talked and hung outside the level 1 clubrooms waiting for the photoshoot to start. I was teaching her the backing 2 part when Xin Yu and Rowena came and told us that they could hear us from the other side of the clubrooms. haha! We sat with them and sung a lot of Glee songs. We were that bored. yes.

The photoshoot started around 3.30pm+ or so as the photog team had to set up their equipments and stuff. The NP Photography club that is. While waiting, i found out some stuff about the auditions from Beatrice like why some people had to sing two songs and whether we could see our audition tapes as well as next year's batch's audition tapes. Unfortunately, we were told that we couldn't see the audition tapes for next year's batch unless we were part of the committee. Umm, yeah. no.

Firdaus, Jason, Phoebe, Beatrice, YiMin and i were at the photoshoot and it was pretty fun i guess.. We did solo shots first. So we had to pretend that the set was the stage and we were suppose to WERK IT GURL! Yeah, the ghetto way.. How they always say.. WERK IT GURL! WERK IT REALLL GOOD! That sounded wrong, but yeah, you get my point. Beatrice was up first and she was SO AWKWARD haha! So cute! As what Firdaus always says.. :D
Firdaus was up next and he was WERKIN it.. like WERKIN it. haha! I was up next and the songs that i sang so that the photos looked more natural was 'Proud Mary' and 'Mercy' haha! I could tell that i was doing pretty well from the look of one girl's face. She was like Damn.. Damn Damn.. yep. ^.^ Phoebs was up next.. She dressed really professionally today. Like a real pro. She wore her mom's shirt dress kinda thing in which the skirt was short in the front and long at the back and the shoes that she was wearing were... omg. It totally matched her outfit. I can now say that Phoebe has great fashion sense. LOL. Jason and YiMin were up next. The group photo was next and it was pretty messy haha! We all sang 'Price Tag' and we were told to jump around here and there which was really really fun :D and tiring at the same time..

Practice was kinda good i guess.. We learnt a new song altogether called 'Back To One' which was an old R&B song. I only heard Bryan McKnight's cover of it.. Was it a cover or the actual song that he wrote? Oh well, it still sounded nice.. We were singing it half way through when Joe corrected my siting posture and called me mediocre singer. I don't really like the thought of being called a mediocre singer but .. but .. JOE .. HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT. You know it hurts right? D: Oh well, his Joe.. What can you do about it.. But i will definitely prove him wrong when A9 comes back.. You know what i can do Joe.. haha..
Heem Lim took lead for this song and he sounded great :) After 'Back To One', we had to show Joe our Mercy.. AND KELLIE WASN'T THERE YET! D: But it was a good thing that when we were asking about Kellie's whereabouts, she came through the door.. THANK GOD!  We thought Kellie her part for only about 2 minutes and we had to go back into the room to show Joe.. Our lack of practice maybe. haha. Well, Joe was able to see the lack of practice from our performance, but well, we can always work on that.. He also asked us whether we could hear any of the oo's and ahh's in the song. and we said no. well, we gotta be original right? pfft. well, Kellie calculated and she said that we needed at least 9 people to do Mercy including the lead vocals. Okay.. Now that's something.. haha!

We all dispersed ourselves into our own groups to learn our songs and Phoebe was really practicing hard for that 'Price Tag' solo. Now, beatrice came out and told her straight.. That her voice was whiny.. *Please apply cold water to the burnt spot*
Well, i mean, that's the harsh truth but being so direct towards Phoebe.. Aww poor Phoebe.. But that's that.. :\ So we learn from our mistakes :) Nicole had to leave earlier for some reason and that leaves just me and Kellie to do the backings.. So we had to ask Beatrice to do backing 1. HAHA! I'm guessing Beatrice is kinda like our back up plan if any one of our people goes missing. lmao. After Rehearsals, we had to perform for Joe. Now that's pretty scary o.o The first group that went up were the seniors who did 'Back To One'. Sounded really nice! The blend was really strong and their harmonies were spot on.. Just.. Just.. Damn nice.. haha. The girls were up next and they did 'Raise Your Glass'. One of the backings were out of tune but after Joe corrected her notes, they were good to go :) We were next and we kinda had fun singing it with Phoebe doing lead. Now, when Phoebe did the last long note, and then the high note, the seniors were pretty impressed by it. haha, i could so see it in their reactions. Joe's as well..

That's a wrap! We all went our own ways and damn it, i can't wait for the next Voices practice. We had lots of fun these past two days. ^.^

05.09.12 - Jam me some good old jam

WEDNESDAY - 05.09.12

Voices.. a reason to escape the house and free myself from my bed. Ooh i'm too lazy..
Yep, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday WASN'T fun at all. All i did was just lie on my bed, use my com, x factor, sleep and that would make me bedralyzed? i guess? Paralyzed and bed? Ok, i'm just being lame. But really, i did absolutely nothing for the past three days and boy am i glad to be able to come out of the house again and sing. Yes, sing with the people i love :) Which is kinda like a bonus..

We honestly didn't do much today in Voices.. All we did was just sing a few songs, i mean, revise our parts for 'Price Tag', 'If I Ain't Got You' and we learnt 'Set Fire To The Rain' today! I mean, yay! The parts were kinda tricky but once you get it, it kinda sounds nice. Sound really techno for backing 3 0.0 Beatrice told us later in the evening that the juniors were suppose to jam in the other room some new songs to present to Joe tmr. TOMORROW?! His definitely got to be crazy. We jammed a few songs, most of it were Glee songs and HSM songs which didn't really interest me, except for the Glee songs, i was so into it :D But you know Joe.. So petty, doesn't want to cover Glee cover songs. So we just sang lots of random stuff and we were really high and all that. We looked like we were on drugs somehow.. We finally came up with Duffy's 'Mercy' and Beyoncé's 'Halo'. Tough songs yeah? 'Halo' was kinda like out of the question cause we needed someone to do Beyoncé's big voice and we can't find any.. Although i was thinking of asking Yun Tong to do it.. Our senior. She definitely IS a power house. No doubt. We formed a little of 'Mercy' which didn't sound nice so i decided that i should just do the arrangements at home for Phoebs and Kels..

Kellie, Phoebe and i went to Mac and then we saw Jesmine there.. So we decided to just have supper with Jes :) Jun Hong sat with us too because he said that there were two groups among the seniors somewhere near us.. The planning group and the gaming group. He didn't belong to any of those groups so he decided to join us. Well, i guess it was great to have him with us because he's leaving for NS tmr and yeah, we'll miss him :| Such a cute bear as a beatboxer haha. Yep, we labeled him as a bear cause he's so cute and he's also shaped like a bear. HAHA!

Came back and formed a little arrangement for 'Mercy'. Hope Joe likes the arrangements i made for 'Mercy' tmr! -Fingers crossed-
